A Webmaster Super Day allows you to book me for an entire day to work on your website. You get me working for you for 8 full hours. I can work on your brand and website, or print collateral. This is the perfect solution when you want your website launched or fixed quickly, critical updates, security updates, or theme and template updates done so you can get back to doing what you love. Because you shouldn’t wait months to grow your business to the next level.

We start by getting super clear on your business goals and how your website fits into those plans. What needs to be done, and what priority.

STYLE

I’ll use your branding, colours, guides to create what you need. New pages, new document, it will all flow with your current brand.

Security

I’ll review your website security making sure that the right plugins are there.

Speed

Finally, I’ll optimize your website for search engines and set up caching, or tune and test your caching.

Book Your Webmaster Super Day

Fill out the form to choose your preferred Super Day date and secure your spot on my calendar. you’ll be able to submit the initial payment.

Webmaster Super Day Prep

Once your day is booked, you will receive a introduction email with all the necessary information to help us prepare for your Webmaster Super Day with me.

1 Day Before

We’ll schedule a 1 hour kick-off call to go over any last minute details. By this day, you’ll need to have everything I need for a successful project ready. This includes your questionnaire, with your needs, any copy, graphics image, or necessary information.

The Day Of

On your Webmaster Super Day, I’ll work on your website and through your design task list. You’ll need to be available throughout the day for feedback to make sure we’re on the same page and so that you can see progress, or provide any additional copy.

Post Super Day

You’ll have 2 hours of edits / revisions the day after and 30 days of email support for any additional questions.

Frequently Asked Questions

How soon can we get started?

Typically, I’m booked out several weeks in advance so you’ll want to reach out as soon as possible to secure your spot. This gives you plenty of time to prepare everything I need from you.

What if I need more time ?

Depending on your goals and the size of your project I may recommend booking a full brand and web package instead of a Webmaster Super day. But, we can get a lot done in one day so if you need a few more hours, you can book another VIP Day or half-day to make sure we can get everything on your wish list done.

How do you do this in just one day?

I have over 20 years of experience in web design. I’ve worked with WordPress, Joomla, WIX, Squarespace, and lots of in-between. I’ve worked on over 300 websites and developed a great framework that allows me to get things done fast.

I am on a different platform, can you move me to WordPress?

This will really depend on the size of your current site, if I can complete it in one day. I have reliably transitioned clients from Joomla and others over to WordPress (the most well used and secure CMS). I can’t move several hundred, but if I think I can do it, I will!!!

How does payment work?

50% deposit is required to secure your spot on my design calendar. The remainder 50% is due on project completion. Invoices are payable by e-transfer (Canada) or by credit card. Canadian customers are required to pay local sales taxes.

Will you provide me with source files for my changes?

Yes, once I hand over the final designs, if you want them I will include any of the source files as well.

Where are you based?

Right in the middle of Canada, I’m in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. CJamesRun Design, Inc. offers a full range of design services all over the world. I have worked with clients Canada, US, Germany, and Italy. We don’t need to meet in person, and I very rarely do. I really work best by email, it helps both of us track changes and modifications.
