How soon can we get started?
Once your deposit is received, I’ll book you in — typically within a week or two depending on availability. I’ll confirm your date by email.
How does payment work?
50% deposit is required to secure your spot on my calendar. The remainder is due on project completion. Invoices are payable by e-transfer (Canada) or credit card. Canadian clients are required to pay applicable sales taxes.
Do I get source files for any design work?
Yes — once I hand over the final designs, source files are included on request.
Where are you based?
Saskatoon, Saskatchewan — right in the middle of Canada. I work entirely remotely and have served clients across Canada, the US, Germany, and Italy. We rarely need to meet in person; I work best by email so both of us can track changes and revisions.
What can we work on?
Virtually anything on your website or brand. WordPress, Joomla, and other CMS platforms are all fair game. If you’re on Wix or Squarespace and want to move to WordPress, I can handle that too. If I think I can do it, I will.
