Why Saskatoon businesses choose a local webmaster.
There are a lot of generic “WordPress maintenance” services out there. Most are overseas operations that queue your tickets and get to them when they get to them. That’s not how I work.
Your site is part of your local reputation.
If it’s down on a Tuesday morning when a potential client is looking you up, that matters. I’m Saskatchewan-based, I’m reachable, and I don’t pass your site off to a team you’ve never met. You get one person who knows your site inside and out.
Fast response when something goes wrong
Clear communication — no jargon, no runaround
Someone who actually knows WordPress, not just how to click buttons in it
Fixed monthly rate with no surprise invoices
WordPress maintenance FAQ
Do I need to be in Saskatoon to work with you?
No. I work with clients across Saskatchewan, across Canada, and internationally. Everything is handled remotely — I access your site through secure admin credentials and you submit requests through a client portal. Being local is an advantage if you want to meet in person, but it’s not a requirement.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
Security incidents are handled as a priority. If your site is compromised, I work to identify the breach, clean it up, and harden the site against repeat attacks. For clients on care plans, this kind of emergency response is part of what you’re paying for — you’re not getting a surprise invoice on top of a stressful situation.
What WordPress page builders do you support?
Avada, Divi, Elementor, Beaver Builder, and Gutenberg (the native WordPress editor). If you’re running something else, reach out and I’ll let you know if it’s in my wheelhouse.
How do I submit work requests?
Through Plutio — a simple client portal where you can drop requests as tasks. No email chains, no losing track of what’s been asked. You can also email or call for urgent matters.
What if I need more hours than my plan includes?
Overage hours are billed at my standard hourly rate. I’ll always flag it before I go over so there are no surprises on your invoice.
