Common Questions

How fast can you respond?

For urgent issues like site down, hacked, or broken checkout, I aim to respond same-day during business hours (CST). For critical situations outside business hours, email or call and I will do my best.

What if you cannot fix it remotely?

Most WordPress issues are fully resolvable remotely. In rare cases involving server-level problems, I will coordinate with your hosting provider on your behalf.

My site was hacked. What should I do?

Change your WordPress admin password if you can still log in, and contact me right away. Avoid making major changes until we have assessed the damage together.

Will this happen again?
